It’s already the last Friday of January, and we’ve all spent the week shovelling, plowing, and doing winter clean-up. Snowstorms aside, it’s been another productive week at Ruzycki Real Estate.

As expected, the Bank of Canada held rates steady this week, keeping the policy rate at 2.25% and signalling a pause on further changes early in 2026 as inflation remains in check and the broader economy shows mixed signals.
