As we step into 2026, we’re sharing our 2025 Wrap-Up video, along with a sale on Tennessee Avenue that finalized just as the door was closing on 2025. It was a great way to end the year for our sellers – and a good reminder that homes continue to find buyers, regardless of the date on the calendar or the number on the thermometer.
